Dear Clients,

Our office remains open at this time during normal business hours.  We have encouraged our staff and lawyers to work remotely, and we will meet with clients BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Our office is following strict guidelines to ensure staff and visitors' safety.  This includes enhanced cleaning requirements. 

If you have an appointment, please ensure that you arrive for your appointment at the designated time.  We strictly observe physical distancing requirements.  As such, our waiting area has a reduced capacity of three people.  It is possible that you may be asked to wait outside while the waiting area clears. 

Changes have been made to our premises, and access to the bathroom is restricted to staff only. 

We ask all visitors to wear a non-medical mask.  If you have one, please wear it to your appointment.  If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.  If you will be signing documents, you may wish to bring your own pen with you. 

Please note that if you or someone close to you have recently travelled outside of Canada, and you or they have any symptoms of fever, cough and difficulty breathing, or if you may have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

If your matter does not require the signing of documents, we can arrange a video or phone conference in place of an in-person appointment. To make arrangements for a video or phone conference with one of our lawyers, please contact them by phone directly.
